Summary:
We’re in search of an Entry Level Communications Specialist with bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, or applicable field of study and proficient in demonstrated writing skills and Multimedia platforms.

Status: Onsite
MUST HAVE skills:
·Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, or applicable field of study.
·Skilled writer, previously having published content on a corporate scale preferred.
·Proficient in computer software programs such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
·0-2 years of experience.
Education Requirements:
·Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, or applicable field of study
·0-2 years’ experience
Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
·Develop and execute communications strategy to reach hourly workforce.
·Assist in identifying and implementing solutions to facility communications needs.
Typical task breakdown:
·Partner and collaborate with facility leaders, business unit HR team, and internal communications team to deliver communications strategy and support to hourly production facilities.
Interaction with team:
·Highly collaborative position partnering with local HR business partners, facility leadership, & divisional communications team.
Work environment:
·Office environment with daily interaction on shop floor (manufacturing & service center)
Responsibilities:
·Responsible for ensuring timely, creative and accurate dissemination of news, multimedia content and information.
·Create content for a variety of platforms including facility digital signage, social media; ensure quality accuracy and effective reporting that aligns with the corporate message.
·Decide which content and news presentations are of priority for reporting and building a proper platform for its deliverance.
·Assisting in the writing, editing and presentation of corporate communications for the purposes of both internal and external presentation.
